Intertops poker special tournament on US Tax Day

Intertops Poker has announced a special $1,500 Tax Day Tournament to be played on April 15 as Americans prepare to either receive a refund or pay up any unpaid taxes.

The special Intertops Tax Day tournament has a guaranteed prize pool of $1,500 and begins at 7:30 p.m. EDT on April 15. The buy-in for the No-Limit Hold’em tournament is $12, but players came get in much cheaper than that if they can qualify through a satellite tournament.

The initial satellites tournaments to get into the Tax Day tourney begin on Monday April 8. From the 8^th to the 12^th $3 satellite tournaments will run daily at 6:05 p.m. EDT. In the satellites there will be at least one ticket guaranteed to the Tax Day Tournament.

How does the Intertops Poker Tax Day tournament work?

There will also be two special $30 satellite tournaments on April 13 and 14. Those $3 tournaments will run on the 13^th and 14^th at 9:10 a.m. EDT and 9:10 p.m. EDT. Both tournaments will award at least one ticket to the Tax Day Tournament.

If $3 is too rich for your bankroll there is one more chance to earn your way in through the Last Chance Satellite tournaments on tax day, April 15. The last chance tournament with a cheap $1 buy-in begins on April 15 at 1:05 p.m. EDT and will also offer at least one ticket to the Tax Day Tournament.
