Brad Albrinck Triumphs At WSOPC Cincinnati For $221,994

Brad Albrinck Triumphs At WSOPC Cincinnati For $221,994 Brad Albrinck has just won the 2013 WSOP Circuit Cincinnati Main Event, after besting a field of 740 players over three days on his way to capturing the title, and collecting the $221,994 first-place-prize.
Following his remarkable victory at the Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati, the 28-year-old local Cincinnati resident, commented:
“It feels amazing. So many times you can get deep in these things and to actually win something and get this kind of prize is an unbelievable feeling.. I’ve been to a few different stops and I honestly feel that this is one of the best run venues I’ve seen. Having it 20 minutes away from my house is pretty nice also.”
The $1,675 buy-in Main Event attracted an impressive sized field to the Ohio tournament to create a prize pool worth $1.11 million. After the final table of nine was eventually reached, Brad Albrinck (K-K) would then eliminate Kevin McColgan (A-K) in 9th place ($20,968), before later being dealt Q-Q and doing likewise to Greg Kolo (A-K) in 3rd ($100,899), to force heads-up play against David Kash.
However, the heads-up battle was a brief affair and before long David Kash was all-in holding A-10 to his opponent’s A-K. The board subsequently produced a J-9-3-5-7 to consign David Kash to a runner-up finish worth $136,863, while Brad Albrinck was crowned the 2013 WSOP Circuit Cincinnati champion.
Final Table Results as follows:
1 Brad Albrinck – $221,994
