Daniel Negreanu Appears On Dating ShowPoker pro Daniel Negreanu is no stranger when it comes to television appearances and in his latest venture the 38 year old will be starring in an episode of the American reality series Millionaire Matchmaker.
The show cater to millionaires looking for potential spouses and in a teaser from the show the outgoing Canadian is seen consulting with an astrologer who then prophecies that Negreanu will have to wait until he’s at least 40 before getting married again.
Daniel Negreanu was previously married back in August 2005, but split just two years later from his then wife Lori Lin Weber. Since then Negreanu has been involved with a number of women, including Hungarian beauty queen Krisztina Polgár. At the time of his dating, Negreanu posted the following:
“I met my new girlfriend at the World Series. She plays poker too. She just came up, she was just saying hi, ’cause she knew some friends and stuff. So, we just started, you know, hitting it off, and she’s super cool. She lives in Budapest, Hungary. She was Miss Earth Hungary in 2008.”
However, following the passionate but brief relationship Daniel will now be hoping to find true romance after being introduced to a number of compatible partners on the Millionaire Matchmaker. Whatever happens, its sure to prove entertaining television watching the ladies try and convince the poker pro that they are the one for him and only after his love and not his money.
Meanwhile, Negreanu starring in the show is just one of countless appearances by the poker pro on television shows over the years, including Late Night Poker, Poker After Dark, High Stakes Poker and Ultimate Poker Challenge. In addition, Negreanu has made cameo appearances in several films, including X-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Grand, and as himself in Lucky You.
