XL Blizzard Series coming to 888poker

The annual XL Blizzard Series hits the felt at 888poker next month with more than $1.4 million in guaranteed money up for grabs in 34 events.

This year’s XL Blizzard Series will run from February 6 to 16 with at least three series tournaments running every day. The first tournament on the series schedule is the $50,000 Opening Event on February 6 at 6:00 pm eastern.

The series kickoff tournament has a $109 buy-in at 888 Poker.

If three-figure buy-ins aren’t in your price range, don’t worry. The XL Blizzard Series has tournaments with buy-in that fit any poker budget starting as low as $5.50.

The jam-packed XL Blizzard Series schedule all leads to the Main Event on February 16. In fact there are three main events to accommodate any budget. The cheapest option is the $15,000 Micro Main vent with a $5.50 buy-in.

The middle range option is the $50,000 Mini Main Event with a $33 buy-in. The big one is the Main Event with a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool and a $250 buy-in.

If $250 is too rich for your blood, there are cheaper ways to earn a seat in the main event. These qualifiers run daily with the Top 15 finishers in each qualifier earning a $250 seat in the main event.
