Score cash for Kos during BetOnline Poker’s Catch-22 Bounty Series

The folks at BetOnline Poker are delivering a week of PKO Bounty tournaments later this month during the Catch-22 Bounty Series.

The series begins on July 20 and runs until July 27 with 17 PKO tournaments on the series schedule with over $350,000 in guaranteed prize pools. Every event throughout the series has the same buy-in of $22, except one, the series main event.

If you’re looking for the big money events in the series, be sure to clear the opening day, Sunday, July 20 on your schedule. On the 20^th there are three events on the Catch-22 Bounty Series schedule including the main event. In fact, the main event gets things started at 1:30 pm ET with a sizable $109 buy-in PKO with a $150,000 guarantee.

The other two tournaments on the opening day schedule include a $15,000 guaranteed PKO tournament, and a $10,000 guaranteed PKO. Both tournaments have a $22 buy-in.

During the rest of the series from July 21-27 there are two events per day. The first event is a $6,000 guaranteed PKO, and the second a $7,000 guaranteed PKO.

For those unfamiliar with PKO tournaments, half your buy-in goes to the prize pool and the other half goes on your head as a bounty. Every time you knockout another player you receive half of their bounty and the other half is placed on your head, increasing the size of your own bounty.

Collecting bounties won’t only earn you cash during the Catch-22 Bounty Series. You can also collect points for the $5,000 Knockouts Leaderboard. Throughout the series you will receive leaderboard points for every KO you record. At the end of the series the players at the top of the leaderboard receive a share of $5,000 in prizes. The leaderboard prizes include:

1^st place – $400 tournament money
2^nd place – $200 tournament money
3^rd place – $100 tournament money
Top 15 – Free ticket to a $200,000 guaranteed tournament
Top 85 – $22 satellite tournament ticket
