Bounty Hunters Poker Series bring the hunt to BetOnline Poker

Put a price on your opponent’s head at BetOnline Poker this week during their Bounty Hunters Poker Series.

The series runs from August 28 to September 3 and, as the name suggests, consists solely of progressive knockout (PKO) tournaments. There are 60 events on the series schedule with $5.50 to $215.

Bounty Hunters Poker Series

In a PKO tournament buy-ins are split 50/50 with half going to the tournament prize pool and the other half the bounty placed on your head. When you eliminate a player, you receive half of their bounty and the other half goes on your head increasing your own bounty payout.

During the series each day has from six to nine events on the schedule. For example, on the opening day of the series, August 28, there are nine events scheduled. Some of the buy-ins on Day 1 includes $5.50, $11, $33, $55, and $109, while the guaranteed prize pool amounts include, $1,500, $3,000, $4,000, $10,000, and $15,000.

The series main event takes place on the final day on August 3 starting at 1:30 p.m. eastern. The main event has an affordable $22 buy-in and a $30,000 guarantee.

BetOnline Poker is also running a Bounty Hunters Poker Series Leaderboard throughout the event. The leaderboard will track the number of bounties collected throughout the series. The Top 200 players on the leaderboard will earn free entries into a $250,000 guaranteed tournament, or the $150,000 Sunday Showdown on August 3.
