The trio of payers were amongst the main attractions at Full Tilt, with their high stakes exploits not only helping to stimulate the nosebleed action on the site, but also for seeing droves of poker fans turn out to railbird their games.
Prior to Full Tilt running into financial troubles, Gus Hansen’s was responsible for some of the most dramatic swings at the cash tables and in March, 2009, was in profit by $4.26 million only to end the year down a massive $5,575,624. Since appearing on the scene in 2009, Viktor Blom’s time playing at the site has been equally as remarkable, whether losing $4.20 million over the course of a single session or being involved in the ten biggest pots in online poker history.
Tom ‘Durrrr’ Dwan was a big part of some of those huge pots as the duo locked horns on numerous occasions and the US pro, who now spends much of is time in Macau, will be looking to extend his $2,402,039 Full Tilt profits as he returns to action starting November 6th. Commenting on his latest signing, Dwan said: “I’m very excited that Full Tilt Poker is re-launching. I think it is great for poker and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
