New Poker Reality Show "2 months, $2 million" To Air Aug. 16

‘2 months, $2 million’ is scheduled to begin on G4TV on August 16th and will provide a fascinating insight into the world of four young  professional of the poker world. The online pros, all aged between 22 and 24, are Jay “pr1nnyraid” Rosenkrantz, Emil “Whitelime” Patel, Brian “Flawless_Victory” Roberts and Dani “Ansky” Stern and have all enjoyed their fair share of success as players.
Stern came fourth at the 2009 WSOP $40,000 No-Limit Hold’em event earning $548,315, Patel was runner up at the 2008 Full Tilt Poker Heads-Up tournament winning $320,000. In addition to these impressive tournament cashes the other two members of the team, Rosenkrantz and Roberts have won hundreds of thousands of dollars online playing in cash games. In addition, all four players ended in the money at the 2008 WSOP Heads Up tournament.
The premise of the show is in the title, whereby as a team they will try to earn $2 million in just two months. They will be sharing a communial bankroll and be living together in a mansion near to the Las Vegas strip complete with computers and four 50-inch plasmas for online multi-tabling purposes. The mansion will also include a “Tilt Room” where players can vent their frustrations following bad beats by bashing fruit and vegetables with baseball bats and hockey sticks.
The show will give the opportunity for viewers to see other aspects of life in Vegas, including dinner with online sensation Tom “durrrr” Dwan, a live cash game with Erica Schoenberg and some nose bleed high action poker against David Benyamine.The group will be seen taking some time out to relax, too, and hanging by the pool with some Playboy Playmates.
The show is sure to be great fun to watch and can be seen as a series of 10 half hour shows starting Aug. 16 at 9 p.m. on G4TV.
