Yevgeniy Timoshenko Makes Party Poker Premier League Debut

The incredible demand for PartyPoker.com Premier League IV means that the last chance to qualify for the competition via a $450 +$30 online qualifier, will take place on Sunday 10th January at 15.20 ET.
The lucky winner will then take his place among 16 qualifiers, who will be flown out to Las Vegas in February, and compete with each other for the chance to be the one to to join 11 pros at the $1.5 million Premier League Poker IV event. A contract worth $100,000 will also be presented to one of the 16 qualifiers within two weeks after the tournament, who will then have the choice of becoming a PartyPoker sponsored player.
Taking his place among the 11 pro line-up, which includes Mike Sexton and J.C. Tran, will be the sensational Ukranian born Yevgeniy Timoshenko. Commenting on Timoshenko inclusion, Sexton said:
“He has completely taken the poker world by storm, first of all by winning over $2 million in live tournament earnings without cashing in a WSOP event and with all that he has done since. Yevgeniy is a good ambassador for the game. I never forget before the WPT Championship final table last year he went out and bought a new suit and got a haircut for the occasion. I think he is an excellent addition to the Premier League line-up.”
Although Yevgeniy Timoshenko was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, he moved to Washington State when he was 8 years old, and currently resides in Seattle. He has gained a fearsome reputation in the poker community for being a top online and live tournament player and his current career winnings are in excess of $3.2 million.
Timoshenko seemed delighted with his inclusion in the Party Poker Premier League line-up, and said; “It is fantastic to be invited and I’m very happy to be competing in this tournament against the world’s best.”
