Poker Tweets: Hurricane Harvey!

Poker Tweets: Hurricane Harvey!Hurricane Harvey was one of the wettest tropical cyclones recorded in the United States, with the devastating hurricane having cost the lives of at least 47 peole, displaced tens of thousands more, and ultimately resulting in around $180 billion in damages for the state of Texas.
No one could help but be moved by the plight suffered by those affected by the storm, with others have felt compelled to raise funds for those distraught citizens trying to cope with the aftermath of destroyed homes and communities. That includes many people in the poker community, and here are some of the tweets posted by concerned players hoping to alleviate some of the suffering:

“My nephew told me the 1st day of the storm it wasn’t too bad. He wound up in a boat in Texas City. He said the destruction is unbelievable.”
Meanwhile, Mike Matusow tried to add his own perspective as to what took place, tweeting:
“I beleive in a higher power & as the political climate hit defcon1 Harvey came to help heal and bring our country together #PrayForHouston.”
Needless to say, Matusow’s comment raised a few eye-brows, including by Jimmy Fricke, who responded with:
