November Niner JC Tran Joins 888poker 888poker.com has just announced that poker legend JC Tran has joined the site’s stable of pros at Team 888poker, where he will now represent the poker brand in both live and online events.
The Vietnamese-born pro is one of the most accomplished players in the game today and already boasts two WSOP bracelets, and a World Poker Tour title to go with the $8,308,259 he has amassed since his first cash back in 2003. At this year’s $10k WSOP Main Event JC Tran also impressively made his way past a 6,352 player field to reach the final table in pole position, and is already guaranteed a $733,224 payout, although he will have the opportunity to double his life-time earnings should he win the $8,359,531 first place prize.
However, JC Tran will not be the only Team 888poker member at November’s final table as both USA’s Jay Farber and Dutch pro Michiel Brummelhius have also been signed to the poker brand. Commenting after its latest star signing, 888poker Vice President Inbal Lavi, said:
“We are excited to have JC Tran join our Team 888poker, his attitude towards the game and inviting personality embodies what we look for in our Team ambassadors. This year Team 888poker will be at its strongest and should bring some exciting content and opportunities to our continuously growing poker room. Good luck to Tran and the rest of our Team.”
For his part, the 36 year-old Californian resident seemed equally delighted with his new ambassadorial position at 888poker and commented: “I am extremely excited to work with 888poker and looking forward to a great experience.
