Other movers inside the GPI’s top ten include David ‘Doc’ Sands, who has moved up two places to 5th; Steve O’Dwyer down two places to 7th; and Juha Helppi up one place to 8th. However, the biggest mover was Sweden’s Martin Jacobson who gained nine places to move into ninth, helped by a 7th place finish at the €5k EPT Grand Final for $25,877.
Also making the headlines was 8 times WSOP bracelet holder Erik Seidel, 52, who gained 15 spots to move into 12th after finishing 46th in the EPT Grand Final Main Event for $33,006. Seidel was further joined inside the top 20 by Team PokerStars Pro Vanessa Selbst, who gained three places to move into 18th position.
