Chris Moorman Now Promoting BubbleProtection.com
November 22, 2011 5:28 pmOnline poker prodigy Chris “moorman1” Moorman has just been appointed company spokesman for Las Vegas company BubbleProtection.com.
The revolutionary new concept of Bubble Protection was introduced recently by the company, which has now extended the “Bubble” of a tournament from one lone position to 10% of the total entrants in a tournament.
For a nominal fee, online players can now protect their tournament buy-in and poker site fees from BubbleProtection.com, with payments then made automatically to a player’s accounts. The risk management tool will thus allow poker players to better manage their bankrolls through variance reduction.
In order to promote the Bubble Protection technology within the industry, new company spokeman Chris Moorman will first host the ‘Bubble Protection Invitational’ at Party Poker on November 29th. Commenting ahead of the event, the UK pro said:
“I am excited about hosting, playing and hopefully winning this inaugural event on Party Poker. The event entry fee will be covered by Bubble Protection and of course your account will be funded the entry fee if you fall in the ‘new’ big Bubble.”
BubbleProtection.com was indeed shrewd in choosing the 26 year old to represent their site. After all, Moorman is the all-time money leader in online poker tournaments, having won $7,544,757 playing online since 2006.
In addition, Moorman has earned an additional $2,486,664 playing live, including a 2nd and 3rd place finish at the WSOP 2011 for approx. $1 million, followed by a 2nd place finish at the 2011 WSOPE Main Event for $1,147,612.
Commenting on their latest recruit, Bubble Protection Creator and Company CEO Eugene Castro said:
“Chris’s success and skill at poker is only surpassed by his character, integrity and professionalism. Chris is one of the most approachable players on the poker tour and has worked tirelessly to advance the game we love. We’re very proud to have him aboard as we recognize the respect and credibility his association brings to what we have accomplished.”
