UB German Live Events Start Saturday

Ultimate Bet is going to go live in Germany and the Czech Republic with their new live tournament series. Also announced was the launch of UltimateBet.de, which is the German language information portal with everything players need to know about the live tournaments that will be hosted in Germany and the Czech Rebpublic.
The first live tourney will be geld on Saturday, October 24th in Cologne, Germany. This tournament only allows entrants that are Ultimate Bet account holders. You have to be a member to play for the top prize, a Mercedes Smart Car.
The event in Cologne is going to have a low buy in so everyone can play for a chance at the Mercedes. Stephan Reschke, Ultimate Bet’s Marketing Manager for Germany said:
“We want our German players to feel as welcomed and as much a part of the UB community as their North American poker peers, and our live events will help create familiarity with the UB brand and the company that we are today, with an emphasis on security, safety and the welfare of our players”.
