PokerStars LAPT Conchal Winner is Amer Sulaiman

The PokerStars Latin America Poker Tour (LAPT) has it’s first winner of Season 3.  The tour has completed it’s first leg in Conchal after Amer Sulaiman took home the first place trophy and  $172,095 dollars.
The final eight players returned to finish the event on Sunday and after about an hour at the final table the players got down to business when Eric Levesque went out in eight place.
Francis Nicolas Bouchard and Rogelio Pardo doubled their chips in the next hour while Carlos Giron moved all in and lost all his chips to Bergren and went home in seventh place.
The next player to go home was Darren Keyes after he went all in with Ah 7h against Amer Sulaiman’s As Kd.  Sulaiman went on to send another player home when his aces took out Nicolas Bouchard in fifth place.
Play continued on until Sulaiman with 2.3 million chips and Bergren with 2.9 million chips went heads up.  Heads up play lasted almost 3 hours before Sulaiman was declared the winner.
