888Poker Superstorm Series Released

More than $2 million in guaranteed prize pools will be up for grab at 888poker starting this week as the 888poker Superstorm Series released.

The Superstorm runs until March 8 and include six multi-day events. The first event, a $200,000 guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a $109 buy-in, kicked off on February 13 but you haven’t missed it. Event 1 Day 1 runs daily until February 20 when all remaining players advance to Day 2.

Event 2 follows the same schedule as Event 1, running Day 1 from February 13 to 20. That event is a much more affordable $11 buy-in with a $50,000 guarantee.

When is 888Poker Superstorm Series Released?

During Week 2 of the Superstorm, which runs from February 20 to 27 are the multiple Day 1s for Events 3 and 4. These events are:

Event 3: $250,000 guarantee – $215 buy-in
Event 4: $100,000 guarantee – $33 buy-in.

Superstorm concludes with the final week running from February 28 to March 8 with more multiple Day 1s. The two events running that week are:

Event 5: Superstorm Main Event – $1 million guarantee – $1,050 buy-in
Event 6: $150,000 guarantee – $55 buy-in

If the $1,050 buy-in for the Main Event is beyond your poker budget there are daily satellite qualifiers that will allow you to earn your way into the $1 million tournament for only a few bucks.

Along with the Superstorm events, throughout the series 888poker is also hosting Daily Millions PKO tournaments. These special tournaments have a $55 buy-in and a $15,000 guarantee.
