Huge $11.6M Slots Jackpot Won at YakoCasino

On November 5th, a huge Mega Moolah’s Mega Progressive Jackpot of $11,633,898 was won by a lucky punter while playing at YakoCasino. Unlike in other such cases where the winner usually prefers to remain anonymous, however, Marcus Goodwin was more than happy to share his experience with the public, and even posted a YouTube video displaying his obvious joy.
YakoCasino only launched only last year, although the Mega Moolah Progressive Jackpot has been running since 2008. Needless to say, the jackpot being struck by one of its customers was a major publicity coup for the site, and after being contacted by YakoCasino, Goodwin commented:
“This is obviously life changing! I cannot believe it! I will definitely be buying a nice big house and a vacation cottage! And taking my entire family on a first class trip to Africa! This will mean great Christmas presents for everyone!”
Marcus Goodwin now becomes one of four people to have won massive Mega Moolah jackpot’s this year, although his was the first struck on YakoCasino. Following Goodwin’s monumental bit of good fortune, the site’s CEO Steven Grech stated:
“Everyone at YakoCasino is ecstatic for the player and we wish Marcus all the very best with this record-breaking win! Marcus’ win on Mega Moolah shows that YakoCasino has the jackpots and games to deliver amazing life-changing wins for our players. He is our first YakoMillionaire and we know he won’t be the last jackpot winner at”
While Goodwin’s payout tops the 2016 winner’s list, the slot’s biggest ever payout however, belongs to UK soldier Jonathon Heywood who in October 2015 won £13.2 million, or around $20 million, playing the game. In the meantime, the world’s biggest ever online slots jackpot of €17,861,813 was won by a Finish player in 2013, while the biggest ever land-based casino slots jackpot was released in 2003 in Las Vegas by a 25-year-old Los Angeles resident for $40 million.
