Run It Twice is an option available at ring game tables that lets you play two deals when all-in. Say you and an opponent get all-in on the flop, and you both agree to Run It Twice. The turn and river will be dealt once, and the winner will rake in half the pot. Then the turn and river will be dealt again (running it twice) and the winner will take the other half of the pot. This can be a cool way to soften edges in close situations.

Rush Poker basically reinvented online poker, and is available exclusively at Full Tilt Poker. The Rush tables allow you to "quick fold" any hands you don't want to play, and then to teleport off of the table and onto a new one.
